30-day returns
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights
Under UK consumer law you have additional rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. These rights are not affected by this policy.

Please contact us first at gtbattlemats@gmail.com for a return reference before sending anything back. Returns should be posted to: NOVA & FORM, Swiss Cottage, Goxhill, DN19 7JA, United Kingdom. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly, in which case we cover the cost.
